Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Growbaby account and all associated data at any time. The fastest way is directly in the app; if you can no longer access the app, you can request deletion using the form below.

Delete instantly in the app

1. Open the Growbaby app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

This removes your account and data immediately. If you are the only caregiver on your family, your child's data is deleted too. If another caregiver shares the family, your account is removed and the family is handed to them.

What gets deleted

• Your caregiver account and sign-in identity.
• Child profiles you own (name, date of birth, and related details).
• Chat history with Growy and the memory it built from your conversations.
• Feeding, sleep, activity, growth, and milestone logs.
• Your assistant preferences and notification settings.

Data that another caregiver also relies on (a shared child's records) is retained for that caregiver. Anonymised, non-identifying records we are required to keep for legal or security reasons may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

Request deletion without the app

Enter the email address tied to your account. If a matching account exists, we will permanently delete it and its data within 30 days and email you to confirm. We may email you first to verify the request.
