If you think your baby may be having a medical emergency, do not wait for us. Call your local emergency number. Growbaby does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Subscriptions and refunds
Your subscription is billed by Apple or Google, not by us, so it is managed in your store account. In the app you can see your current plan and press Restore Purchases under Profile > Subscription, which is the fix when a plan you paid for is not showing up on a new device.
- To cancel: iPhone and iPad, Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Android, Google Play > Payments and subscriptions. Deleting your Growbaby account does not cancel the subscription, so cancel it there first.
- To request a refund: iPhone and iPad, reportaproblem.apple.com. Android, Google Play. Refunds are decided by the store, and we cannot issue or reverse a charge ourselves.
Your account and your data
- Erase what Growy remembers, or your photos: Profile > Manage My Data, which holds every erase and opt-out control in one place.
- Delete your account: Profile > Delete Account removes it immediately. If you cannot open the app, use the deletion request form.
- Family sharing: a child's record can be shared with one other caregiver, invited with a link or a six-character code from Settings > Family. Premium covers both of you.
- Access, correction or objection requests: write to us and say what you need. Your rights and how we handle them are set out in our Privacy Policy.
